After acquiring the raised seal plans, then what.... ?

1. A notice of commencement must be filed with the local county.
2. Plan must go into review by the local building department.
3. Permit fees are then required.
4. Aftter approval, you are ready to proceed with construction.

How long does the construction process take... ?

This obviously depends on the size of your addition/renovation, but we can provide you with a better completion date after the project get’s started.

Are you fully insured ... ?

GCW Construction Inc. Is certified by the State of Florida and has a $1,000,000 Dollar general liability policy that can be raised depending on the size of the project.

Do you warranty your work... ?

All parts installed in your project are guaranteed by our company for one year on top of the manufacturer's warranty. All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of two year after completion.

What is the payment criteria... ?

Payment will be broken down in the construction agreement that will be acknowledged by both parties.
